I've finally installed BDS'06 and I can't seem to get Database Explorer to connect to any databases. Example - when I try to connect to an Access database it tells me the security file is either missing or in use by another process. It does this whether or not a valid security file is available (and for that matter, whether or not the database in question is even using Workgroup Security). I have no problem connecting various connection objects to these same databases, with or without security. I have also been unable to find out much about Database Explorer at all.
