I had a problem once: If you get a notification the 'the program has been modified' and needs to be rebuild.
This was triggered by the windows setting on my desktop: changing my desktop to 'windows classic' did solve my problem. (sometimes the form-position changes by some pixels if the previous position was save by (maybe another person) in let's say 'custom setting' for your desktop. I use this feature also a lot : after F9 (continue), the debugger will run or stop at your brakepoint.
