impossible. You cannot predict what the email application will do with your attachment or ActiveX or jscript or whatever. If an exe, it will be deleted thinking it's a virus.
Your best bet is to direct them to your web page which contains specified form. Even then, the security settings of their browser will get in the way. Dave --- "kornel Raju.
