Are you using a fixed font in your report? You could pad the second
line with spaces to fool the printer into printing green the rest of the
line.

The label prints only what is in the text, therefore when it has no more
text, it stops coloring the label.

Evidently, you are not getting the Detail line to be the correct color.
Is that the correct solution?

Subject: [delphi-en] RE: QR Problem on label Stretch & Alt Colors

Greetings,
I'm using D5 and QR ver 3.6.2

I've got the alt colors (white & Green) for the report working
correctly
and all works correct if the text (qrlabel) is the length of the line
of
the report.

Problem: When the line to print is on a green line and the qrlabel
expands
to print - the printed lines that follow do not display the green
background
color. I've worked around to a degree by setting the qrlabel to
transparent:=false and the brush color for the label to green. This
helps
but i still don't have green all the way to the end of the line.

| greenbackground & text here |
| white |Greenbackground expanded text here | white|

I hope the above makes sense. I can send a jpg of the report do better
demonstrate if any questions.

Can anyone suggest any other work arounds or other ways to "fix" the
problem?
TIA
Charlie
