Maybe a bit off-topic: sorry for that.

Some time ago a former employee used zlib version 1.1.4. within a delphi
application. I would upgrade this to zlib version 1.2.3. However, i've
downloaded the files from the zlib website, but I do need to compile these
files to be obj files?. Does anyone have a sort of guideline on how to compile
these files and what freeware ccompiler could be used? I did find a 'delphi'
directory, that contains a file zlibd32.mak .

I do not have a c++ compiler yet; anyone can hand me a 'how-to' and what to do
with the zlibd32.mak ?

All help and suggestions is welcome.

Regards

Andries
