I have isolated the dependency as follows for the DirectSS text-to- speech component.
vcauto.TLB and vtxtauto.TLB are not getting registered during installation. They require the associated DLL or OCX. I have tried to work out these. I am unable to get any further information on this. If I had a full version of Installshield Express probably the task will be simplified for me by the dependency functionality of the program. Are there any freeware versions of a good dependency checker tool for Delphi? I have tried to use Process monitor tool. It did help to some extent.
