You can easily add your MP3 or WAV as a resource and stream it out again at runtime with a TResourceStream and "External" play/decoding- code or with the PlaySound API-function.
If you want to use MP3 in combination with PlaySound, make sure you write the MP3 with a valid WAVE (RIFF-format $55 type) header.
