Greetings, There is a freeware component i've used to convert QR to PDF files. You might want to have a look at it. Not sure it will work for what you are wanting ... but nice component. I've used with D5 and now installed on D7 but i've not used it with D7 as yet. Also, i've added a component and modified the source code. I can send if you should have an interest.
