Personally I don't like these kinds of downloads, since they're going to "offer" you free e-mail when you do (which I consider as spam, even from them). Don't know if there's a stable version somewhere floating around on the internet, but you could also try to get a development snapshot from http://indy.fulgan.com/ instead. If you want, I have an Indy 10 zip from September last year (6.31MB).
