[delphi-en] Error NTDLL.DLL 7C91B1FA but only on some computers

I have written a program to search Word documents internall.  Works fine on my, 
my wife's and other friends XP.s and on my Vista Laptop.  On several other 
computers (both XP and Vista) you get the above error when starting up.  If I 
change the startup code from Activate to OnShow you get the error BEFORE any 
form shows up.  Any ideas?  The net tells me things about threads which I am 
not using at that since I am only drawing the window.
