I don't know of any free ones... I own Addict v4 and the spell checker that comes with the DevExpress VCL suite. I have switched over to the DevExpress spell check component because it integrates with all their grids and editor components better than Addict. Unfortunately, both are pay-to-play. DevExpress is pricey but worth it - you can make some beautiful apps with it.
