It's CTRL + SHIFT + C.
I believe it automatically generates the implementation part for all the 
methods that lack it.

It doesn't work on plain functions / procedures. It is available only for 
methods.

                  I cannot remember what key combination would produce the 
implementation template of a function that is declared in the class. I mean if 
you key in a whole lot of procedures and functions in the public/protected 
sections of a class, then with a single key hit we can generate the templates 
of these in the implementation. I cannot remember what key combination to use.
