Hi,
it's very easy, and works great for me. place indeed a JvThread on your
form.
and give it a name
in the properties, select the OnExecute
and place your code in it.
now to call it is easy
let's say if you name it like MyMainThread
then all you do is
MyMainThread.Execute(self);
somewhere in your procedure.
that's all
hope this helps.

I am sorry but I don't have your answer. However I do have a question for
you if you don't mind I was thinking of using this very object on a program
I have but could not find any docs on how to use it so so far I have not
tried it. Is it as simple as putting the object on the form. to create the
thread on all forms in your project ?
Any of you have on JVthread would help maybe you can point to where I should
look ? Looked on the internet and so far could not find any info on this
object.
Thank you and anyone else that might be of help.
Rick
