This is for achieving drag to new position of a TImage object during runtime. I had captured the OnMouseDown with dragmode set to dk_manual. I had set the new X and Y position in the OnDragDrop event. Image1.BeginDrag(False, 10) as suggested by David. It still doesn't work.
