[delphi-en] Packages 'a' and 'b' both contain unit 'b'

I've just reopened a D2006 web app that I haven't touched since February 2008.  
Before changing anything I tried to recompile, and got

Packages 'Microsoft.JScript' and 'System.Web.Services' both contain unit 
'.System.Web.Services'
Packages 'Microsoft.JScript' and 'ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib' both contain unit 
'ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib'
Could not compile package 'Microsoft.JScript'

Web search didn't turn up anything useful, I'm hoping someone here can help.
