Hi Vassilij, I was able to get this to happen by setting HTML Document to be the default new form in the Object Repository.
Go to Tools, Repository, click on Web Documents, then HTML Document and see if "New Form" is checked below. If so, uncheck it, and then your default should return to being a regular form.
