Google is your friend.

Lazarus is an open source implementation of Object Pascal with a Delphi-like
IDE.  It can compile natively on both Linux and Windows (both 32 and
64bit).  It is mostly Delphi compatible as I understand it, but obviously
some stuff are missing (BDE etc.)  (All of this of the top of my head -- I
don't use it as such.)
