After playing aroung it seems Vista is crashing on ForceDirectories and AppPath := ExtractFilePath(Application.ExeName);

I can run it fine on Windows xp, 2000, vista 32, Win 7 32 and 64. Did someone else had this same type of problem, and was able to fix this?
