Hi Peter, a Google search on the named dll yielded up a message saying some antivirus programs dislike this particular file. They suggest manually registering it via: Regsvr32 bordbk50.dll (found in http://www.delphifaq.com/faq/delphi/delphi_ide/f156.shtml)
Now I haven't a clue whether that works in WINE under Linux. Maybe something similar has happened in your case?
