Job Description: - Seeking a Sr. Java Lead Software Developer with skills in Java, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Hibernate, Hibernate, Ehcache. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with excellent J2EE and OOD skills and have extensive experience in the server side web application space. - As a Sr. Java Software Developer you will take part in the creation of a worldwide web platform from the ground up. - You will work closely with a small elite team regarding product definition and tackling challenging design issues. - You will be expected to be able to take loose business requirements, proactively seek clarification, purpose a technical design and implement that design according to high quality standards. - Product delivery is time boxed and it is essential that the candidate be hard working and dedicated to its completion. Qualifications: - 5+years Java software development in the web application space. - Rock solid knowledge and specific hands on experience with Hibernate 3.0 and Ehcache. - Solid understanding of technologies including: Java, JSP, JSTL, Servlet, Struts, Tiles, Log4j, Ant, SQL, CVS, Eclipse, XML, Documentum, Ant, Quarts, Tomcat, JMETER, JUNIT. - Excellent written and oral communication BS or MS in CS or equivalent.
