This position will be responsible for modeling proposed design, then implementing that design in code and creating/performing unit tests. This will be done in both independent and team scenarios and will cover a variety of our modules. Required Technical Skills: - 6+ years experience Java server side programming (Core Java). - Very strong OOA/OOD knowledge and experience. - Expertise with Sockets, Threading and JDBC. - Preference for someone with a strong SQL background. - Ability to write core API's for other engineers to use. - Experience with multiple software languages (C and C++ preferred). - Familiarity with known DBMS Servers. - Experience in high performance tuning. - Linux and Windows programming preferred.
