Delphi Analyst/Developer, NYC | 60-70/hour **CONTRACT-TO-HIRE**
Our client is looking for a well-rounded technologist that is proficient in building, maintaining, and supporting Delphi applications. Responsibilities: * Support and maintain a suite of proprietary Delphi products * Interface with managers to bring the application up to technology standards * Interface with business users to provide support, capture requirements and provide solutions Required Technical/Business Skills: * Strong experience (4+ years) with Borland Delphi the Borland Suite of products * US Equities experience * Understanding of pre-trade and post-trade analysis (reporting) Highly Desirable skills: * Program Trading and/or Algorithmic trading experience * Desk programming/support experience while positioned with the business (not technology) * Compliance reporting knowledge * Unix experience (Solaris 8/10) * Ability to code in Perl, C, csh, and/or ksh Required interpersonal skills: * Strong problem diagnosis and problem solving skills (business and technology) * Ability to react quickly and efficiently under time constraints * Ability to proactively provide innovative solutions * Highly-motivated with a proven ability to work productively within a team environment Education: * BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline To be considered, please submit your resume and salary requirements to bg @ capitalmarketsp.com Thank you, Beau Gould Executive Advisor Capital Markets Placement www.cmp.jobs [email protected]
