Delphi Programmer ASAP – Columbus, OH - $50-$58 per hour- 6-12+ month project 4-6 years experience- Well known health company • Develop conversion routine to convert legacy database to new target database for a re-platform of a client-facing application • Modify existing Delphi conversion program to incorporate changes in target schema • Understand business rules to ensure proper source to target conversion mapping • Conduct unit test of conversion • Develop conversion process documentation • Execute the conversion for beta sites and approximately 20% of the initial deployment sites
REQUIRED SKILLS/BACKGROUND: • Delphi programming experience • SQL Skills • Experience in data conversion from legacy platform to new target schema • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences (PMs, technical specialists, developers, architects, BSAs, etc) • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, multi-tasking environment • Ability to estimate time to complete assignments • Ability to work with remote development team Travel is required for this role (approx 25%) WE CAN NOT SPONSOR OR SUPPORT H-1 VISAS AT THIS TIME.
