Hi all,

In providing the Delphi list we've tried to select the most useful options to make it
most
convenient, and practical to manage.

One of the BIG problems in management of any list is keeping focus on the list topic,
and ensuring
that people get the most out of the service. We find alot of good people have "dropped
off" due
to the postings that have nothing to do with the purpose, or focus of the list. This
is of great
concern, as we rely on the more experienced programmers to help and assist the others.

A case in hand, we had ONE stray posting from someone advertising something - we had
THIRTY messages on the list complaining, and discussing the post. This really is not
really stuff
that should go on the list itself. If you have any issue with the conduct of the list,
then
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is the place to send your message. Now tell me where the real
problem
lies! 1 to 30 ?????

If we get more than one illicit message a day then we may have to review our policies,
but for the
moment, please learn to use your DELETE key, and focus on what your employer is paying
you
for.

Kindest Regards

Gary
