Yeah I think your right I just checked and the Tooltip Symbol Insite is on
at work and off at home. I think the reason for such a long delay is the
size of our library and our library sits on a server so it has to suck it
through the network.

On my home machine (K62-350, 128meg) its instantanious.
I beleive this is "Code Insite", so you may want to disable this in the
Environment options (I think).
