[DUG]: Making new Explorer style dialogs

Has anyone created any new explorer style dialogs for use with Delphi?

I would like to create a new FileOpen dialog which has the standard file open 
controls, and a few more of my own. Mainly check box's and a few edit fields.

Any ideas on how to do this, or if there is any code already done by someone else?
