[DUG]: Twilight zone bug

Under NT if I bring up the clock and click Ok to change the date or time,
the clock wont dissappear - it hangs - until I close our Delphi 3 apps.  I
can also kill the clock by closing RUNDLL.EXE via the task manager.

Has anyone else seen this?
