Hi delphians:
I just subscribed to this list (about an hour ago). I'm working on a DB
app and I have (on a form) a DBGrid with a query results. I supplied a
method to the OnPostError event of the TQuery component but, if a DBE
exception arise (e.g. a key violation) the OnPostError event is not
called. The exception is arised in any event that posts data to the query
(with LiveResults property set to TRUE) e.g. to change the current record
in the DBrid or to press some buttons on the DBNavigator. Why the
OnPostError event is not called. Were else could I place code to catch
such exceptions.
Thanks in advance,
