Hi Yanbo. this sounds like a corruption in their registry, as explorer
should show ICO files automatically. I bet if they did (yuck) a
re-installation that would sort it.
Another better option would be to find the registry key that associates the
ICO file and import that into their registry, but sounds like they may not
have the expertise there to do that.
Doubt it to be the comctl32 problem.
