[DUG]: ntdll.dll

We have a Delphi 3 application which runs on NT4 service pack 3.

After upgrade to Service pack 4 the application fails with "Access
Violation in ntdll.dll".  Failure is not immediate and may take a lttle
while.

Failure does not occur when running under Delphi control.

Any ideas
