I think you'll find that Patrick is correct and the updates are all on the delphi FTP
site
but things get worse with ClientServer Updates 2,3 and the Menu fix coming to a
little over 31mb.
Note that update 2 is needed for update 3 whereas update 1 is not needed for update 2.
