If you TAB to the left column of the object inspector (where the property
names are), Delphi 4 (at least) has that functionality 'out of the box'.
While in that left column you can do other cool stuff, like leap to a
particular property by pressing the first letter of it's name (eg: press W
in a form, and leap to 'Width')
