I want to write a control that has more than one internal scroll bar. With
this I mean that it will not accept the keyboard as a method to move the
scroll bar.
I need to have a normal vertical scroll bar on the right, and then I want
another scroll bar that I can move around progmatically to different areas.
Does anyone know how to add this?
If I use a TScrollBar the control gets the Input Focus which I do not want.
