Hi Alex

The problem is not Delphi / Borland alone. Windows95, not to mention 3.1,
and NT below SP3 have problems as well because of the timing issues in the
new faster, stripped down, electronics with drivers written to DirectX only.
In all cases where we have had this, and similar graphics, problems it has
been fixed by Service Packs to NT, Upgrading to Win98 *AND* Bios and Driver
upgrades to the Video card - nothing changed in Delphi or our applications.
The only exception has been that you can't run Win95A on the new
"all-in-one" hardware that Kerry refers to in his email - it just won't go.
My understanding, and I'm no expert here, is that the boards use USB
characteristics to get the cost down and only Win98 will do the goodies.

Max

Well, if it is Delphi only problem (correct me if I am wrong), then would
not it be better to look in it at Borland? I did not appritiate having to
buy another card just to get Delphi4 running properly. And I guess I could
miss with it and then I'd have to go to buy the 3rd one and may be more. Not
funny.
