You need to create a property page - which is another COM object - File-New - ActiveX
- Property Page.
Basically you end up creating your own component property editor.

We wanted to convert the Delphi Scrollbox to an OCX, which you can do, and
we did do, and it worked fine, BUT you cant set any of the scroll bar
properties which is what we specifically wanted to do.....
