All,
Got a pointer to http://www.animatedmenus.com/. Downloaded the freeware
version and hey presto I have a menu designer. Few tweaks and it does what I
need it to do. Only bummer is that it uses a TTreeView and not whatever the
Delphi Menu designer does which I like more.
Anybody able to figure out whether we can access the MenuDesigner at run
time. It is obviously a property editor somewhere, but I could not track it
down.

DreamCompany put out a suite of designers which look almost identical to
Delphi IDE. They are rather expensive but they work www.dreamcompany.com
