[DUG]: streaming system and inherited DFM

Does anyone know is there is a call to create either the binary or text of
the 'inherited' changes and form components of
a class (i.e what the IDE shows when you view an inherited form as a DFM)

eg.

inherited Form2: TForm2
  Left = 256
  Top = 165
  Caption = 'Form2'
  OldCreateOrder = True
  PixelsPerInch = 96
  TextHeight = 13
  inherited ActiveTCL1: TActiveTCL
    ControlData = {
