Can anyone see any reason why I shouldnt fix this by changing
DateDelta in SysUtils.pas ?
This is the craziest thing I have come across. I could keep dates
downto 0 and time downto centiseconds with 8 byte sin DOS, so why
cant Mr. Borland ?
