[DUG]: Lost Icon

[Derricutt, Mark]

For some reason my application doesn't show an icon in explorer anymore, the
icon is set in the project options and shows ok there, but not when I
compile the app.  Any one got any ideas?  (I've tried changing the icon but
still no joy).
