[DUG]: How to hide a taskbar button

Hi, all,

I want to display a control like a panel outside of form i.e. on desktop. I
do the following:

Windows.SetParent(Panel1.Handle,0);

However a taskbar button for the panel appears on taskbar which I don't
want.

Anyone here knows how to hide it or make it disappear?
