[DUG]: Compacting/Repairing a Microsoft Access MDB databsase using ADO

I would like to compact and/or repair a Microsoft Access MDB Database using
ADO, is this possible?, if so how can it be done?

I would rather not have to include DAO so that my installation is simpler,
as I have to install ADO as well.
