Well yes I could do what you suggest:

Mail List 1

Wait for some time to pass. (What is this magic amount of time exactly??)

Mail List 2

Wait for some time to pass. (What is this magic amount of time exactly??)

Mail List 3

Wait for some time to pass. (What is this magic amount of time exactly??)

Yeah that sure seems like a time saver to me...... Give me a break Carl. I
send to 3 lists at once so as to cover the greatest audience. I DONT have to
make a qualitative judgement about who is capable and who would answer the
question. If you cross subscribe then you will have to live with duplicate
posts. You would get them anyway if I mailed to this list and then decided
that the list was not going to answer the question and mailed list 2 etc.
Besides how do YOU KNOW that the .dsm issue is not critical to me??

Donovan, do you *have* to mail every question you have to three lists?! I
mean, couldn't you just consult them one at a time? I doubt that knowing
what a .dsm file is is mission critical to you, and receiving multiple
copies of any message is somewhat irritating (you'll see what I mean when
you get this reply... :)

Cheers,
Carl

G'Day All,

I see that D5 now has a .dsm file. Can anyone tell me what this file is?

TIA
