[DUG]: Invisible App

Hi All.

An interestingly boring question:

How can I make a program become *completely* invisible, but still be able to
perform fully in the background. The app needs no immediate human
interaction. (This includes, if possible, removal from the CTRL+ALT+DEL
menu)

Any Ideas?
