[DUG]: Form caption colours

This may be a silly question but... How do you set a fixed colour scheme for your applications windows?  We know how to change these globally but we want to lock the colours of our apps windows.   In particular we want to force the colour of the caption bar on all forms and not allow the changes made in the windows colour setting place to change it.   TIA Rob
