The SKUs are the lists of product features that are on Borland's site, they 
list the differences between Enterprise, Professional and Standard editions of 
Delphi.

But it is half the price of the full product and not unreasonable for what you 
are getting. If you want a lower cost option, look for a second hand Delphi 3 
or 4.
