[DUG]: Image in HeaderControl

I am trying to place an image on a section of headercontrol.  When I try
with a peg file I get a warning about "cant modify an image unless its a
bitmap.  When I copyrect a bitmap, it works fine.....

QUestions ?

1.  Anybody know why ?
2.  How can I convert a loaded jpeg (in TImage) into a Bitmap ?
