[DUG]: Playing a blob wav sound

I have an Access database with records containing sounds (Polish and English
phrases) which I want to play in a Delphi app.    Does anyone know how I can
do this?   I've found an article on playing a wav file, using
"sndPlaySound('.wav',snd_NoDefault)"   but nothing on how to play a blob
from a database field.
