Oracle has publically stated in front of 2000 people that they don't want to
take over Inprise/Borland. Ms wouldn't be allowed to by the Commerce
Commission equivalent - Inprise/Borland being the 2nd biggest tools
manufacturer in the world (outside of MS) - that is a well known fact.
Someone else maybe, Corel I thought was quite a good fit, but that won't
happen now...
