Hey guys, can you help? I've narrowed down my problems to nothing in my
code, but Delphi itself tacking 100% CPU resources...

Whats happening - Delphi open with blank "new application" application, nt
task manager open with the graphs showing.

If I move the mouse back and forth it sits around 5-10%, now the fun
begins, I run the app, moving the mouse back and forth OUTSIDE the app CPU
is still at 5-10, move the mouse back and forth INSIDE the app and it
shoots up to 45-50% (is this normal?), when I quit the application is sits
at 100% CPU (delphi32.exe) and waits about 2-3 minutes before returning to
delphi.

When I run my real app, it doesn't even get to a running stage and its
hanging and stalling the system at 100% CPU, if I leave it for ages it
eventually comes alive (albeit REALLLLLY slow i.e. 30 seconds to move a
window (for it realise i've gone click and drag)...

HELP - anyone seen this, know whats going on, have any pointers?
