I have a slightly different problem to Max's, but seems to be caused by the
same file.
When I try to run an app from the Delphi IDE I get the error message
"Debugger kernel BORDBK40.dll is missing or invalid". I have checked and
this file is in the Borland Shared\Debugger directory. I thought it perhaps
had been corrupted so copied it off my original Delphi install disk and
replaced it - still the same error message. After reading some of the
replies to Max's problem, I tried closing the IDE with no project open as
suggested, but to no avail. Also altered the event log options (even though
they haven't been altered before) - still no good.
Is the problem a corrupt registry setting? If so where do I find it, and
how do I fix it?
TIA
